About the Southern California Security Association

• Established in 1982
• Previously known as LABFAA (Los Angeles Burglar and Fire Alarm Association)
• Two members currently serve on the BSIS ACO disciplinary board

• Fought the CALABASAS ISSUE and RIVERSIDE ISSUE
• Donates money to California Fallen Officers for fallen officers
• Mediates Consumer Affairs issues
• Created the False Alarm Training School
• Fire Department training
• Fire Codes (got rid of “C” Service)
